Fyndle launched in 2023, in the first wave of AI writing tools. Within months, writing help became a built-in feature of the tools teams already used, from documents to design apps, and standalone AI copywriting products across the market lost much of their reason to exist. We retired Fyndle and carried the lessons into how we think about AI in products.
