Who we are
This site is run by Atidus (formerly Femur Labs, legally Atidus Inc.), based in New York, NY. When this policy says “we”, it means Atidus.
What we collect
If you email us, we keep your message, your email address and anything you choose to include, such as links or attachments.
When you visit the site, our hosting provider may record standard technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view. We use it only to keep the site running and secure.
We count page visits with Umami, which we host ourselves. It uses no cookies and doesn’t identify you.
We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not build profiles of visitors.
How we use it
We use what you send us to reply to you and, if you are a founder, to consider working together. We use technical information to operate, secure and improve the site.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and our email, and only as far as they need to do that work, or when the law requires it.
Keeping it
We keep correspondence for as long as it is useful for the conversation or relationship, and delete it when it is not. Technical logs are kept for a limited time by our hosting provider.
Archived product sites
Links to our retired products point to the Internet Archive’s Wayback Machine. Those pages are hosted by the Internet Archive and covered by its own policies.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected] and we will respond.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update it here and change the date above.
